meshpay
2025Offline crypto payments over a Bluetooth mesh. Phones relay signed transactions to each other with no connectivity, and settle on Stellar when one of them reaches the network.
Building in stealth
Right now I'm building in stealth, plus a bunch of side projects I think are pretty cool. Can't say much about the stealth one yet.
Before this I was founding engineer at BLAI, where we built AI-powered advisory for crypto investing.
The rest of it sits at the edge of AI, crypto and hardware, usually built by shipping something rough and seeing whether it survives contact with reality. Lately that means DePIN, computer vision and autonomous systems.

Drive-to-earn built on the iOS Secure Enclave. Speed and distance are attested inside the TEE, so the rewards can trust the sensor data without trusting the phone.
Pay by face without handing over your face. Zero-knowledge proofs and a trusted execution environment let a camera authorize a transfer while the biometric never leaves the enclave.
Disaster response that runs itself. AI agents dispatch drones, and the whole chain of decisions is recorded onchain so relief can be audited after the fact.
Went down a DePIN rabbit hole and came out with mesh, a little proof of concept for offline payments between phones.
Tried paying someone straight from a pair of Meta smart glasses at ETHDenver. Still one of my favourite things I have built.
Found ai16z/Eliza and fell into AI × web3. Built an agent that shops on Amazon, and a Tars agent that lives in a pair of smart glasses.
ETHGlobal finalist.
Started Reddy Builders with Zach Prater. We made a couple of games and ran a few hacker houses. It is done now, but Zach backed me the whole way and I am still thankful for it.
Built a metaverse, which is how I learned React Three Fiber.
